Privacy policy.
This policy sets out how the personal data you submit through this website is collected, used, and shared. It is written to comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
The data controller for this website is Go Convert Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our ICO registration number is ZA774715. Our registered office and contact details are listed at the end of this policy.
The website operates under the trading name Custom Fitted Wardrobes Bradford. Installation work is delivered by a fitted wardrobe specialist based in West Yorkshire, with whom we partner. See section 4 for the relationship.
2. What data we collect
When you submit a quote enquiry through the form or call the tracked phone number, we collect the following:
- From the form
- Your name, phone number, and postcode (the three required fields). Optionally your email, the wardrobe style you are considering, the room, the approximate size, your timeframe, and any free-text message you choose to add.
- From phone calls
- The phone number you called from, the time and duration of the call, a recording of the call (for quality and training — see section 6), and any details you give us verbally.
- Technical data
- IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, UTM parameters where present, and a GA4 client identifier. This is used for attribution analysis and is not shared with the fulfilment partner.
3. Why we collect it
We collect this data on the lawful basis of legitimate interest — to provide you with a quote for fitted wardrobes — and where you submit the form, on the basis of your consent, which you provide by clicking submit. Our processing purposes are:
- To prepare your quote
- We use your name, phone, postcode, and any project details to confirm we serve your area and to prepare a design visit.
- To arrange the design visit
- We share your contact details with our fulfilment partner so they can call you back, book a design visit, and quote you.
- To improve the website
- Aggregated technical data informs which areas convert best, where to invest in content, and which channels deliver real enquiries.
4. Who we share it with
Our installation work is delivered by a fitted wardrobe specialist based in West Yorkshire, with whom we partner to provide the quote and installation. We share your enquiry details with them so they can prepare your design visit. They handle the build and fit; we handle the website, the initial enquiry, and your data.
The fulfilment partner is bound by a written data-sharing agreement covering:
- Purpose limitation
- They may use your details only to provide a quote and arrange installation. They may not market unrelated products to you.
- Retention
- They retain your details only for as long as is necessary to provide the service, and they delete or anonymise them on completion.
- Onward sharing
- They do not pass your details to any third party. Sub-processors (for example, an accounting package) are listed in the data-sharing agreement.
We may also share data with our own service providers:
- Cloudflare
- Web hosting and security. Cloudflare may see your IP address as part of routing traffic. Data is processed under their UK Data Processing Addendum.
- Google (GA4 + Google Ads)
- Aggregated analytics and ad-conversion tracking. Granted only with your consent via our cookie banner.
- WhatConverts
- Call tracking and call-recording for the tracked phone number on this site. Calls are stored for analysis and quality purposes.
- Resend
- Transactional email for form submission notifications.
5. How long we keep it
We retain your enquiry data for 24 months after your last interaction with us. After that we either delete the record or anonymise it for aggregate reporting.
Call recordings are retained for 12 months unless they relate to a customer dispute, in which case we retain them for the period covered by our complaints and dispute-resolution obligations.
6. Call recording
Phone calls to and from the tracked number on this site are recorded for quality and training purposes. You will be told this at the start of each call. If you would prefer your call not to be recorded, tell the call handler and they will switch the recording off.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to analyse traffic, measure conversions, and remember your cookie preferences. By default, all non-essential cookies are denied until you accept via our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full list, including provider and lifetime.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction
- Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion
- Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Portability
- Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Objection
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
